These Terms of Service govern your use of aiden.nz and any courses or services offered by Aiden ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using Aiden, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
We've written these in plain English. The short version: use Aiden in good faith, pay for what you use, don't share what you've bought, and we'll do our best to give you something genuinely useful.
Aiden provides a free AI tool diagnostic and paid mastery courses. The diagnostic is free and available without an account. The mastery courses require purchase and an account to access.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We'll do our best not to do this in a way that disadvantages paying customers — if we ever discontinue a course you've purchased, we'll make it available to you for a reasonable period before it goes.
You must provide an accurate email address when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must not share your account with anyone else or allow others to access content you've purchased through your account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that appear to be sharing paid access with others.
Course prices are shown in AUD (Australian Dollars) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices may change from time to time — any change will not affect purchases already made.
Individual courses and the All Access pass are one-time purchases. There are no ongoing subscription fees. Once purchased, you have lifetime access to that course as long as Aiden continues to operate it.
We take this seriously — which is why the free diagnostic exists. Before you spend anything, Aiden helps you identify whether a course is the right fit for you. We encourage everyone to complete the diagnostic before purchasing.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment information.
All course content — including text, structure, frameworks, and materials — is owned by Aiden and protected by copyright. When you purchase a course, you are purchasing a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use that content for your own learning.

You agree to use Aiden only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not attempt to access any part of the service you have not paid for, attempt to circumvent any access controls, or use the service in a way that could damage or impair it.
Aiden's diagnostic and courses are designed to help you get more value from AI tools. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. The results you achieve depend on how you apply what you learn — and that part is up to you.
The AI tools covered in our courses — ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and others — are developed by third parties and change frequently. We update our courses when we can, but we cannot guarantee that every detail remains current at all times. The core skills and frameworks we teach are designed to be durable even as specific interfaces change.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aiden's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course or service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Aiden recommends third-party AI tools but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those tools or their providers. Any costs associated with using those tools (such as ChatGPT Plus or Perplexity Pro subscriptions) are separate from and in addition to any Aiden purchases.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active account holders via email where possible. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
